Your awesome and wholesome health is the outcome of the Healing Trauma Workshop. You know for a long time now that keeping yourself healthy by tapping into your own body’s wisdom is possible. If only someone could share, teach, and show you the way.
Your powerful self is your birthright! I crafted a product utilizing Interpersonal Neurobiology and Neuro-Linguistic Programming-based modalities. They have the power to reduce and or clear anxiety, nervousness, metabolic dysregulation, incorrect breathing, restless leg syndrome, insomnia, panic attacks, chest pain, and ruminating thoughts. And many more symptoms that can show up in the human body’s physiology, psychology, and personality.
You are here for co-creating with the Universe. Let this sink in that you are a creator too! You can learn to take action from your consciousness. You can create and recreate a biochemistry that increases your vibration, affects your mood, and therefore predicts a positive outlook on the future.
The workshop is for you
Open-minded, respectful, and eager to learn about yourself. You want to achieve goals, you have a to-do list, and for the longest time now, you repeat the same behavioral pattern and do not know how to get out of it. You love learning and exploring your own self-healing journey. You are emotionally intelligent enough to ask for support when you are stuck. You are a professional and love people’s company. You know you can learn from others, and others can also learn from you. You are confident enough to share your ideas.
What you will learn
Learn what trauma is. What the contemporary understanding around trauma is, taking on knowledge from Interpersonal Neurobiology, Somatic Experiencing, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Explore strategies that you can implement into your own routines. Assess your own relational situations and take action accordingly. Realize what and where truth is revealed in your own somatic experiencing. Navigate the emotional reactions and responses in a co-creating way.
You will learn three key practical strategies, and each comes with an explanation so you know what takes place at the neurological level when you breathe correctly or the opposite. Or how the mind and somatic experiencing shift, get fixated, and how you can shift it again. You will practice the powerful techniques and explore ideas with a group of participants. You won’t be expected to share your own challenges in front of strangers. You are welcome to bring a journal and a pen, as you might want to take notes of your discoveries. The venue provides access to toilets and clean water. However, refreshments will not be provided, so please bring your own sustenance.
