What and how is your well-being? You are not just an employee first and foremost you are you. The focus should be on your whole well-being status and not on your employment status. However, when we feel so disconnected from ourselves is easy to get lost and look at ourselves through lenses/ paradigms such as employment/ employee status etc.

When you remove these paradigms only then you realize that without the lenses you don’t know who you are. And arrive at the question of Who am I? This is one of the key questions that my clients raise from time to time. Before we dive into and explore possible answers to this question

Many of your answers could have been reactions rather than responses. Your Well-being performance is an indicator of the present moment, the brain activities are not time-bound, the brain doesn’t worry about age or what time it is.

The triggers

When we get triggered the brain systems tap into subconscious/ unconscious information energy flow, which is part of the internal narrative and from here it takes you through directional changes. From the present moment, the narrative is shifted back to the past and from there predicts the future (self). And unless we are aware of this mechanism we are reactively going to communicate (verbal and non-verbal) from that pain point.

In today’s world, many societies try so hard and encourage people for inclusivity, kindness and (neuro) diversity. Often without a basic understanding of the brain function, for example, someone feels triggered and takes an offence, the individual, who takes the offence is also responsible for his/ her / their bodily and cognitive reactions. The offended and offender are both responsible for the reactive (even if it shows up in freeze fear response or silent treatment) and/ or over-reactive nature of their behaviour.

Energetic being means we constantly vibrate and resonate with the information energy flow in our body and outside of the body. The mind is relational we pick up the other’s vibrations based on our stored internal (cognitive) narrative and somatic experience.

Your responsibility

Take responsibility by aligning your values with your purpose, but how do you do that when you are not sure about who you are, what your values are and most importantly what your purpose is? Your well-being doesn’t depend on your employment status it depends on how responsible you are for your own mental and physical health.

The present moment is the most vital moment in our lives, notice how you feel in the present moment notice what comes up how it shows up in your body and what internal story you can relate the stimuli to? Notice, that is the first step and there are many more to follow to learn to take responsibility for our bodily and mental mind status.

While taking notice let the information energy flow, do not suppress it. This is the beginning of taking care of the internal as well as the external environment including your work environment, personal and other forms and aspect of your life. For more information please reach out to me.
