What do the memorable events of your life reveal about you?

Essential and necessary

Truth is nowadays, definite. I have been thinking about memories, membership, and loyalty as such. Sometimes memories are undervalued. When we talk from the place of taking things for granted and relying on a falsehood of memory. If you don’t know who you are midway through your life what makes you think by the time you get to your senior years you will know more about who you are? Learn to correct and heal so you can nurture, empower, and be in service for others. So others can return the nurture, empowerment, and service to you. Invest in your Truth so you can, not only know who you are but also learn to belong to you.

Photographs

I often hear this: I am depressed, while there are unique narratives that make up false ideas about you at the subconscious level. Also, know that it comes with a biochemistry with cortisol in it. This hormone also induces a variety of illnesses, including memory loss. While the actual photographs can help you remember some of the events of your life how often do you, actually look at those photographs?

The body looks at the internalized images and the stories very often. And some of these images tell you a default idea about you. Write them out what is true and what requires correction. Most of the time the views are not true. So if you feel depressed the truth is that the emotions are part of the evidencing/ processing around the negative view of the self.

Re-member

Choosing to change your Membership. Are you ready?

It floods my mind with questions about who I am, who you are, and who we are forming a membership with. I don’t mean your company or entertainment memberships. I mean your loyalty to underlying relationships, relational events, and systems that made you hang around longer because of the felt sense of belonging is still not resolved.

Belonging is the deepest human need that we have, right from the beginning of life, throughout life, and the afterlife we belong and often not to the right places in the present time.

Exercise

In my practice, I apply a useful coaching exercise that requires objects/ representatives to be viewed from different angles. And it reminds me of a billiard table. If only the players knew about this… As they walk around the table and look at the objects and the distance between the objects/ representatives. (NB the exercise is only shared partially here as it requires guidance from the trained coach practitioner.)

When you change your ‘memberships’ you need to consciously resolve the belonging part of it. Another exercise such as showing gratitude for what you receive and what you can give.

I will share useful exercises during my upcoming training workshop on Animas’ platform.
