How to cope with change? How to handle challenging situations? How not to give up?

The only way is through- says the saying and it is true. Although there are circumstances when more and more people want to give up or already gave up.

I did save lives in the past few years. And I am so glad that I was there for those people and for some I still am. There is wisdom in pain so listen to it. Emotional reactions and physical pain are not all about painful helpless darkness. The brain likes symbols and images. An image that comes to my mind is this: ‘You are kicking the trauma doors down’. said one of my clients. What an image so more light can shine through to understand what burdens or no longer burdens you.

When you have realizations your brain generates more energy, this is true it can be measured in kilowatts. Well-connected brain systems can generate enough energy to fuel a light bulb.

How to handle challenging situations?

By applying some of the formulas, methods and techniques. Firstly, take notice of your reactions, especially your bodily reactions. For example chest pain, deprivation of sleep, breathing difficulty etc. Secondly, ground yourself by breathing correctly, listening to binaural beats or doing body scans to check in with your body parts and organs. Focusing on and breathing correctly is vital. I can teach you techniques based on your needs.

Once you are grounded it is important to remember, that above all your contracts, bills and assignments you need to comply with, is you. Sign a deal with you. Make an agreement that when you feel scared you will breathe correctly for example. If you cannot sleep you will put things in place that can help your circadian rhythm to rebalance itself. Binaural beats can help.

These are a few examples of the many that can help you through. Pay attention to your somatic needs while you are going through the challenge. Most importantly when you are struggling please reach out to people. Friends, family members and professionals who can help you when you face challenges. I can help you understand your narratives better the pain points the emotions that arise and the physical symptoms that show up. On the self-discovery journey, you can learn to love yourself more through the method of un-conditioning. You can unlearn the old un-serving mechanism you really can.

How not to give up!

We often use this statement it can be misleading. Therefore what is it that you know it burdens you and want to give up? Write it down. You can share it with me if you feel you would benefit from it. Acknowledge the worth of the offer in ‘give up’. What is it worth? What can be created from its value?

My favourite line this month is: ‘Tell me about the trees B (me)’ Share something good. I also encourage you to do the same. Share something good. Something good that empowers the other.

Because of my client’s achievements, the trees are growing. To date, we have planted 38 trees and did support communities all around the world. The latest one is in Cambodia to allow children to have more access to a safe and fun learning environment.

I wish you well on your healing journey
