Who am I? Who are you? Do we need to know?

Truth is learnt

Truth is Truth and it is aligned with core values. It is universal we embody the truth and we do not possess it. What is great about it that is no matter how far you go to suppress it, the truth will show up and come back as Truth. During one of my Metaphysics classes, one day my lecturer said that the sponge can meow in its potential and probable phase, and it is true. However, the sponge’s uniquely embodied Truth is different to the uniquely embodied Truth in a cat.

What does amplify Truth?

When you are embarking on the journey of truth-seeking and balance-making, take those with you who would believe in your dreams and in your power. I have been reflecting on this quite a lot lately. As more and more people want answers to the question of ‘Who am I?’ Also means how can I be resourceful, how can I be the one who fulfils life’s purpose and serve others?

The question often gets attempted to be answered through constructed paradigms such as employment, accomplishments, resumes, a dramatic life event that pivots the life’s course etc. The answer is in the process and it is something to do with serving others, yes. The self-discovery journey allows you to find pieces of answers to the question of ‘who am I?’

It is what it is

The answer finding is more about connecting the nervous systems with the brain systems. When you are more connected the more likely to take actions from consciousness or take conscious actions. And make choices and not reactionary conclusions. The more likely to make a balance in life and connect you with your Why.

Humans often want to do and are afraid to be. What is it that you assume might happen when you just be? In other words, sit with your bodily reactions and responses. The common answer is to this question that the fear that shows up through emotional reaction would get so intense and without the right tools and techniques it would be more challenging to able to tolerate it.

With the right techniques, you can stay connected and keep your sanity. And you can learn to tolerate what shows up in your mind and body. Imagine that! – you are able to observe what comes and goes internally. You can observe it without making an attachment to it. And most importantly you can carry on breathing correctly.

Trauma-Informed Coaching Practice

Can help you to learn the appropriate tools and techniques. The tools are not openly out there because your unique narrative is required in the process. Your unique lived experience is absolutely necessary and relevant to show up with. What works for Peter does not necessarily work for John and what works for Jane does not necessarily work for Ruth and so on and so forth. We are all different.

Only you can answer the question of ‘Who am I?’ And yes it is through an inquiring process. When you don’t know the answer the chances are other people will manipulate you sometimes not with ill intentions. Sometimes it happens because you both might communicate from a triggered pain point in unconsciousness. And along the information energy flow, something resonates and you click and you get tagged at that moment.

And tags at that moment are limiting. They are limiting the free processing of your values, your questions, and answers about your life. If you collected tags one by one examine how they serve you and whether it tells you something true about yourself or not. Find a coach who can help you with it. I know I can.

Wishing you well on your healing journey
