How do you stretch your (brain) muscles? What do you want to accomplish in 2023?

With this quote, I like to carry on with the energy information flow. Time is spacial and temporal. We might think similarly about time as such but it is taking turns and directional changes as the mind emerges out of the relational situations.

So here we are in 2023 and some of us making promises and resolutions. Coaching is non-advisory however I can give advice when I don’t coach and my advice is to set your intention for regulating and integrating the brain and the nervous systems so you can communicate from the plane of possibility- awareness, more and better.

Realize your potential lead, don’t follow

The commercial world will encourage you to get fit this month to stretch your body muscles. Your body also has embodied brain(s) and its muscles so stretch them. Set your intention for… and write it down. Communicate your intention from your heart.

Neuroscience knows now that we have three brains the actual organ with the name of brain, heart, and intestines. These three process information. They are connected and send information to each other. So next time you exercise pay attention to your internal information energy flow processors. They communicate information, learn to listen, and take action.

Get set…your intention…act

I am setting mine for this month and a year ahead. There are positive achievements that I like to communicate from the past year and years’ events. Such as making people laugh and/ or smile when they needed most. I listened and raised caringly challenging questions to life and relational situations. And most importantly I remembered the forgotten, avoided and unwanted narratives for me and my clients.

In the last quarter, my Business for good, with my clients’ help provided 55 days of education (counselling), planted 59 trees, and gave 14 educational training programs. Thank you for your support. I am humbled by the connection or shall I say intraconnection with the wider world’s systems.

I want to carry on stretching for a bit more self-love, with an intention of helping others do the work and also stretching for their own self-love. When you love yourself you don’t sabotage and procrastinate. You embrace who you are and by using the coaching and therapeutic tools, you are seeing your intention through by taking action.

Generosity can show up in numerous ways, not just giving to charity or giving to others but to being generous toward yourself. The solo-self is part of the universe’s system. In this more and more disconnected world when you find yourself and realize your purpose, values, and love towards yourself, you show generosity. You connect, protect and correct.
